Holland Brooks

Thank you for your interest in Holland Brooks Distillery! Our highly anticipated distillery is set to open and share our spirits with our community soon! Our equipment is being manufactured and should ship April 2nd.  We have officially filed our TTB and DSP making us Davidson County's first "legal" distillery. Once our equipment arrives in late May, we will begin assembling our distilled spirits plant with the goal to produce spirits in July. Due to overwhelming demand, we are currently creating, and plan to launch for our "Founders Club" in June. 

 Our initial focus will be on crafting Whiskey, Bourbon, Gin, Moonshine and Rum before expanding our offerings. While we will feature one of the largest stills in the triad, our priority is to ensure quality over quantity, creating products we can be proud of and that can be cherished by future generations.
